Project management is a broad field in which our team undertakes the partial or complete management of a project, all according to the request of the client. This involves effective preparation, planning, analysis of risk aspects and risk management, procurement, execution, project control, contract management, completion and commissioning  for the purpose of achieving project objectives, including the management of quality, cost, and time.

At Oduak, it is always “hands on” approach, moving beyond sitting back and writing a memo or fancy report. We help owners keep their project on track even though we may not be the builder of the project, we are the owner’s eyes, overseeing all the work, ensuring good communication, managing the consultants and reporting the progress to the owner.
